Luc Guibard, PhD candidate at Université de Paris and member of Géographie-cités Lab and Bruno Fayard (Caisse d’allocations familiales du Val-de-Marne) present DoCaf, an online tool for visualising data from the family allowance funds of the Île-de-France region.
DoCaf allows users to explore annual information from the databases of the eight Ile-de-France CAFs. This information is available at different levels: departmental, inter-municipal and communal, from 2009 to 2020. Relating to recipient households, covering half of the Ile-de-France population in 2020, this data concerns in particular the benefits received, the standard of living and the family situation of households.
