The text collection of the fmr group offers bilingual and commented versions of texts related to network analysis.

Network analysis as it is practiced today, in geography or in other disciplines, has multiple origins: graph theory, sociometry, linear optimization, information and communication sciences, etc. The objective of the [flows, matrices, networks] group’s text collection, launched in 2020 by a group of quantitative geographers, including members of the Géographie-cités laboratory, is to provide free access to (more or less) old articles from these different fields of research, in bilingual versions (English and French). Each article is preceded by a short presentation of the author. The comments in the French version are intended to draw attention to certain aspects related to the methods or vocabulary used.
