Description: The “POPSU – Rouen” program is a collective research project involving public policy stakeholders and research teams. The scientific project focuses on three issues: metropolitan cooperation, accessibility and mobility, and metropolitan agenda for ecological transition. The research of the UMR Géographie-cités focuses more specifically on the analysis of the trajectory of public policies in the field of metropolitan cooperations and in the field of mobility.
