In this workshop, we outline the principles of the IIIF protocol, a protocol for making images available and sharing them digitally, and the prospects for public scientific publishing, particularly in the context of the data-publications link. We present the experiments carried out within the PerVisum project (FNSO) and, more particularly, the possibilities of integrating images served in IIIF into articles published in OpenEdition.

Speakers:

– Margaux Faure (research engineer on the PerVisum project, INHA),
– Juliette Hueber (Head of Open Data and Publishing, InVisu),
– Bulle Tuil Leonetti (research engineer in data production, processing and analysis).
