Following the 13th Palladio Fellowships campaign, 16 young talents, including 5 for the renewal, have been named winners of the 2022 Palladio Fellowships for the innovative nature of their training or research projects related to urban and real estate issues.

Among them, Fanny Cottet (University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne / Géographie-cités), in the 4th year of her thesis: “Real estate in the assault on the commons? Alternative real estate models to market logics”.

Officially presented on Wednesday, November 8 during an evening at the Maison Palladio, they had the opportunity to to unveil their doctoral work or project for further study to the founders, patrons and Palladians.
In addition to a €10,000 grant, these 16 laureates will be accompanied for a year by professional sponsors, all members of thesponsors, all members of the Scholarship Committee and most of them representatives of the Following the 13th Palladio Fellowships campaign, 16 young talents, including 5 for the renewal, have been named winners of the 2022 Palladio Fellowships for the innovative nature of their training or research projects related to urban and real estate issues.

Palladio Foundation

Since 2008, with the support of its founders and patrons, the Palladio Foundation has been accompanying and encouraging the young talents who will make up tomorrow’s real estate and city, by giving them the means to carry out their training or research project, to make their work known and to meet professionals in the field.

Once again this year, the Foundation has decided to award grants to students from all disciplines that contribute to the making of the city (planning, architecture, law, economics, finance, construction, real estate, engineering, sociology, urban planning, etc.) and who may be :

  • Master 2 students wishing to start a thesis or continue their studies for the 2022/2023 academic year, through an MBA, a Specialized Master, etc.
  • PhD students pursuing their thesis
  • researchers in the context of post-doctoral research

In addition to the cash payment, the Palladio Fellowships offer the laureates the opportunity to be accompanied by a professional sponsor (member of the Fellowships Committee, of the Cercle 30, or representative of the Palladio founders and patrons).
