Description: This research project analyses the strategies of public employers in the Paris region that aim to improve housing access for their staff, in a context of recruitment difficulties and adaptation to climate change. It examines how these employers assess their employees’ housing needs, what actions they implement, and what consequences these practices have on public assets and urban policies in the Paris region.
